☆故事背景:

5月11日

   在Arklay Mountains中的研究设施内，由于病毒外泄而发生BIOHAZARD,其中大多数研究人员被感染并丧尸化，而实验制造的未完成生物武Tyrant也在变乱中走脱。而从这次劫难中侥幸逃生的William Birikin博士，在有关组织的帮助下于RACCOON市地下及周边再次建立了进行专门研究的秘密实验室。

5月20日

   RACCOON市外洋馆内出现BIOHAZARD，发现丧尸袭击女性尸体，见到大型犬类怪兽。在次日发表的《RACCOON时报》中对此加以了头条报导。Brian Irons警察署长在警局的会议上制定了《RACCOON市警紧急行动纲领》。与此同时，UMBRELLA为了得到生命有机体兵器的实战数据，指使S.T.A.R.S.组成特别行动小队介入事件的调查。

7月9日

   S.T.A.R.S.对Arklay Mountains的突发事件进行调查，Enrico Marini做为此次行动的指挥官，准备率领Barvo小队向RACOON市郊进发。

7月23日

   为解决事件而派出的S.T.A.R.S.的Barvo小队，乘坐的直升机不久就失去了消息。

7月24日

   为寻找Barvo小队和调查现场，S.T.A.R.S. 又派出Alpha小队，刚下直升机就遭到丧尸犬攻击，Joseph Frost死亡，为躲避怪兽，众人进入洋馆，开始调查。

☆故事背景简介：

故事背景档案 《生化危机3》在继承前作的基础上增加了一些非常有特色的原创要素。如令你喘不过气来的“LIFE SELECTION”（危机选择），就是在游戏中会出现一些画面会变成负片效果，出现两种分支让玩家选择。你必须在极短的时间内判定，不同的分支会对往后的情节有或多或少的影响。如果你没有在指定的时间内选择其中一个的话，那么便会出现第三种结果，一般来说会近似两种选择的其中一种，但可能会附加一些坏影响（例如被强制扣去一定程度的HP）。今集最大的特点，是设定在房间内的敌人和道具的种类或数目会在每次玩的时候会随机变化。虽然有不规则的因素存在，但原则上只会影响一般弹药或药草的位置，对通关必须的道具是没有影响的，但所遇到的敌人就可能会有很大的分别。一直以来《生化危机》系列都有将药草混和的系统，但这次就有一种新系统：弹药混和。将游戏中得到的不同的弹药粉通过“上弹工具”或是直接与“榴弹”组合起来，便能制造出各式各样的子弹。

9月 30 日 ，在战胜了 William 所感染而生成的 G 病毒各种形态与完成品 Tyrant 之后，Leon ，Claira ，Sherry Birakin 平安逃出。Ada 去向不明。

里关游戏一开始出现的敌人。其实就是前作最后首领 Tyrant 的完成品，身份类似于我们观看的电影中的“终结者”。虽然他的攻击手段单调，不过因为他攻击力和耐久力很强。若遇到他还是避开为妙。不过击倒他，可以从他身上获得武器弹药，不过一击倒他的弹药，体力和时间来换取这些弹药，到底值不值得呢。

Bady被叫作“G之幼体”，除了有着强大的战斗耐力外，另一种可怕的能力就是可以将自己的胚胎植入人类的身体，用来增加自己的同伴；这“G之幼体”就是胚胎长大后的样子。它们在体内有着数量惊人的胚胎，并且这种怪物在胚胎的时候就有了一定的“食物观念”，在作品中，玩家应该都体会到了，胚胎会在主体发现猎物的同时，自己从主体的嘴里爬出，有的时候主体也会吐出写这样类似虫子的“胚胎”，数量惊人！比较恶心。

Willam在被G病毒感染后的还保留着人形的3个阶段。



第一张图，在游戏中正式出现的初期形态，特征是右手的大眼，由于这时 G 细菌主要集中在感染者的右手，因此仍保留着感染者本身的头部及双脚。这时的 BOSS 还未有本身的武器，主要是利用其强而有力的右手拿起硬物来攻击对手，但被击中的人若不能即使逃走，则很可能会受到连续攻击。



第二张图，经过一段时间进化后演变成的样子。在外观上，BOSS 已长出了自己的头部，并正逐渐取代感染者原来的头，而右手的前端则进化成一只巨爪，这亦正是 BOSS 的主要武器，加上 G 细菌已逐渐适应感染者的身体，因此其移动力比1阶段时高，往往会出奇不易的高速接近对手并进行攻击。



第三张图，BOSS的第三阶段。虽然仍保留着人类的外型，但外表上已完全取代了感染者的身体，最大的特点是四只有利爪的手，移动速度极高，更有着令人难以置信的智慧，懂得利用跳跃来躲避对手的攻击，再跳到猎物前面以四爪疯狂攻击。
